Gerald Wallace is an experienced attorney based in Duluth, Minnesota, with a decade of legal practice focused on criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, and probate matters. A 2014 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, Gerald began their career as an Assistant Public Defender for Minnesota’s Sixth Judicial District, where they have handled a wide range of cases from misdemeanors to high-level felonies. In parallel, Gerald owns and operates the Wallace Law Firm, PLLC, providing dedicated legal representation to clients in both criminal and civil matters, including divorce, child custody, estate planning, landlord-tenant disputes, and small business law.
